Property portfolio
The Group’s property portfolio now comprises approximately 850 properties.
84 percent of rental income comes from government-supported leases, with the majority of the properties
housing tenants providing essential community services.
The management portfolio continues to be characterised by strong tenant loyalty and stable cash flows,
which further strengthens the Group’s position within social infrastructure.
