PPI’s Code of Conduct summarises the key principles of corporate social responsibility, as well as personal, ethical and professional principles that all employees must adhere to, and that govern the company’s relationships with employees, customers, suppliers, the community and shareholders. All managers in the Group are responsible for informing new employees of the company’s Code of Conduct. All employees, including managers, are responsible for complying with the Code of Conduct and other applicable company policies, as well as applicable legislation.

PPI has implemented a Supplier Code of Conduct and Supplier Requirements to which all PPI suppliers must sign. This enables PPI to request information from its suppliers for verification purposes and to carry out checks on supplier relationships as part of routine control measures, in accordance with the Transparency Act. All direct suppliers, license partners and relevant indirect suppliers must sign for their own operations, as well as for the operations of their subcontractors.

PPI conducts regular due diligence assessments with a particular focus on protecting fundamental human rights and promoting fair working conditions. These assessments are conducted for new assignments and in response to any reports or suspicions of violations related to fundamental human rights and working conditions.
