About PPI

Public Property Invest has a long-term strategy to own, operate and develop infrastructure properties in a sustainable manner. Our portfolio mainly consists of properties with public tenants located in attractive central areas in cities across the Nordic region. These properties house vital functions such as elderly homes, police stations, courts, healthcare services, and other public offices. We provide high-quality, specially tailored premises that enable our tenants to fulfil their societal missions.
Public Property Invest currently owns and manages nearly 2.2 million square metres spread across more than 841 properties, and we have a clear strategy for continued growth. Our balance sheet is strong, and our objective is to further consolidate the market to solidify our position as a leading industrial player in community properties throughout the Nordic region.
Our mission is straightforward to express but demanding to fulfil: to create environments where society’s most important work can thrive – every day, year after year. We own square metres, but what we manage goes far beyond that. There are properties that are easy to own. We chose the most important ones.
Our Core Values
Our values are proximity, quality and value creation. These values should be reflected in how we deliver services to, and collaborate with, our tenants, owners, suppliers, partners and the wider community.

Proximity
Through proximity, we aim to ensure understanding, seamlessness, clarity, openness, insight and transparency. We strive to be close both with heart and mind, making sound decisions with a clear conscience.
Quality
We care deeply about the quality of our properties and the experiences they create for everyone who uses them. We also place great emphasis on quality for our tenants. For us, quality is the foundation of trust. Quality always pays off in the long run!

Value Creation
We aim to create value for our tenants, their employees and visitors, our owners and the community around us. Our properties hold particular value in society, as they house many organisations that help to maintain the Nordic welfare state and democracy.
